LeadCadence
Builds the day's call and email list from a lead spreadsheet, keeps promised follow-ups from slipping and sums up the funnel. Files are read in your browser and never uploaded.

How the list is built
- Promised follow-ups come first, all of them, even past the daily limit: replies before deals (a reply goes cold in a day), then deals by value. Overdue before due today.
- Then cadence touches that are due, most overdue first. The cadence is six touches: email, call two business days later, LinkedIn note two days later, case study email three days later, call three days later, last email five days later. A call with no phone number on file becomes an email.
- A fifth of the daily limit is kept for new leads, best fit first, so the pipeline keeps filling.
- Fit score out of 100: target industry 30, company size 50 to 500 people 25, senior title 20, lead source up to 20 (referral highest), email and phone on file 5.
- Follow-up with no date: 1 business day after a reply, 2 after a meeting or in negotiation, 3 after a proposal. Open deals with no contact for over 14 days are listed as stalled.
- Weighted pipeline: meeting 25%, proposal 50%, negotiation 75% of the deal value. Win rate counts deals from the meeting stage on.
